The First International Meeting of Photography Centres had a duration of three days. The programme included morning and afternoon sessions of discussions and activities designed to encourage participation by both speakers and members of the audience.
In order to introduce the discussion subjects and encourage debate in the whole auditorium we count with the presence of eight internationally reputed personalities. Speakers were Alberto Anaut, Director of La Fábrica and President of PhotoEspaña; Catherine Coleman, photography curator at the Museo Reina Sofía; Javier Brun, a member of the Forum of European Cultural Networks Executive Committee; Paloma Castellanos, an art historian specialized in photography; the French photographer Philippe Bourseiller; Pilar Citoler, an art collector; Publio López Mondéjar, an art historian specialized in photography; and the American photographer Roberto Salas Merino.
